The Hybridge Treatment Estimator is an internal tool used by Hybridge Implants and its affiliated practices to prepare dental treatment estimates. It is not a public service and is available only to staff who sign in with an authorized Google Workspace account.
What we collect from your Google account
When you sign in with Google, the estimator receives your name and email address. These are used to identify you within the tool, to record who prepared each estimate, and to show your name and initials on estimate documents. No other Google data is requested or accessed.
Patient information
Patient details entered into the estimator are protected health information and are handled under HIPAA. They are stored in Google Cloud under a Business Associate Agreement, encrypted in transit and at rest, and are never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than preparing and presenting treatment estimates.
Retention and access
Records are kept for as long as the practice requires them for patient care and recordkeeping. Access is limited to authorized staff, and changes to estimates are logged.
